I’ll simply state what I’ve said before…I’m sure the other service advisors are great, but I don’t want to deal with anyone other than Sydney! She provides me with a level of comfort that I’m not willing to give up or see if someone else will meet my expectations! I will go as far to say that if Sydney were to go to another dealership, I’ll FOLLOW her and take my business there!
Everybody was very friendly. I new cost upfront and professional. I also noted the mechanics I saw were young. They were professional and it is very nice to see younger generation getting the opportunity to gain experience. My hat is off to your organization.
