This is not about Jonathan because he tried to be really helpful. I just recently came in for service and spent 3k to repair my car and to have maintenance completed. I received an oil change and was unaware. And when I came into today, there were no records ot files to indicate when my last service/oil change was; however, there was 1k worth of recommendation/service for my vehicle. Even when I asked the last rep I worked with to make sure everything that needed to be completed was completed. And then I come in today and there’s more. Everything was checked out fine for inspection; however, my windshield wiper fluid is not working and this was not documented. I do not trust that my hard earned money is being wisely invested into this dealership. The reps have no idea what’s going on with the vehicle and I believe no service is actually happening for my vehicle. I am hesitant about moving forward with any additional services. I received an oil change today that I didn’t need and I was charged again for it. I received. Next time you come in it’s free, but I had to pay for a service I didn’t need. I will be researching and escalating forward because no one should have to go through this experience.

I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation and I only got the oil change even though I specifically asked and was told he didn’t hear me. Then I was told that I should have been there in Jan and I could have had a courtesy oil change wow because I didn’t even know that. Service doesn’t seem to get any better. But they had no problem trying to sell me 500 plus dollars worth of services for a 20,000 mile warranty when my car has only 7000 miles on it. What a joke. Thought since time had past service would be better but I guess I was wrong.
