As I explained to your service personnel, I was dissatisfied with the treatment I received at Lakeland VW. The Brandon VW service dept brought back my faith in car dealership service dept.
Sydney provided an excellent customer service; A++ I would recommend her to all my friends who own a Volkswagen. She was very knowledgeable about the services that my car needed to get done and provided detail information regarding the inspection , check engine light service and the recommended repairs
