He was courteous and professional. Answered all of my questions with a smile.
Technician said tail light fine even though I gave pictures of water in the lens. Told me to drive back when it has water in it again, wasted half my day, and now drive another hour back in the future to show then what I already showed them before they will order a replacement. Extremely disappointed with decision, wouldn't even talk to me because at lunch. You guys are the ones that told me to take photos in the first place.
Sydney went out of her way to help us through some unforeseen circumstances and was patient and didn’t rush or push us into anything all while giving sound and genuine advice!

OMG, she is so easy to talk with. She makes everything seems so simple and easy to understand. She was very professional yet comfortable to be conversing with and it seemed like I knew her for a longtime. And well educated about my SUV. I love her... You need more employees like her ..Thank you , I was in GREAT hands.

Michael did an awesome job. I have no complaints and impurities for his service and workmanship. He communicates wonderful and handles everything perfectly.
Overall, my experience really was seamless. My only suggestion to management - loaner vehicles should be available to customers. Especially customers who have purchased a new Volkswagen within the last year. I would just suggest to have more in hand to accommodate.
