My vehicle needs to come back again. The headliner is not placed back properly in all 4 body weather strips. It is hanging, there is black finger stains all over the headliner. The passenger seat belt is not retracting. That is technically a safety issue.

Dropped my car off at 330 on a Thursday, stated I would need a rental if over 24 hours was told I would be made aware the next morning if I needed a loaner. Called at 11 was told Rolando would text me even though he said he was off on vacation. He texted me at 11:02 will let you know when your car is ready to go home. Around 330 that same day I called and said still no inspection done? I need a loaner since it’s been 24 hours. No response finally went in to find out they didn’t know Rolando was out…. Even though he said outloud at the desk he was on vacation. We were told to sit in the waiting room and she will send my inspection. Turns out the inspection was done at 8:43 Friday morning and not sent until 4:30 when we arrived at the dealership. I demanded a loaner as that would now be 2 days without my car. We decided to only have an oil change and a belt changed as $900 for a new battery is absolutely insane. She told me Saturday morning she was texting the technician and it will be ready in the morning. I did not get a call until 430 on Saturday 30 minutes before close to say I could come get my car. I called at 515 saying I could pay the $171 and come get my car a sales guy assured me Jonathan in service would call me RIGHT back .. no call. It is now going to be 4 days without my car and/or a loaner for an oil change and a belt change. Absolute terrible service.
