Once again Jonathon knocked it out of the park. Car tire replacement was non eventful thanks to Jonathon thinking ahead ordering the tire having it ready in the event the tire was bad, which it was.

Mr. Cruz customer service was A+, the problem start approx 3 weeks ago, I got tire insurance, so i’ve a flat tire & I got to service and end up with additional services which I don’t mind but if they do it right, in this case I proof there was no oil change been done, so I ask for my money back and they just want to do the service they didn’t do in the first place authorized by the service mngr. Mr. Farnham , I will go the next step up to corporate to claim my money back

Mr Rolando Malave provided me with great service. I was I need of repairs for my vehicle and he told me what I will need. Pointed out all the necessary repairs so I can get them done.i even took out a loan to pay for my repairs.

Even though we had loaner car, the car was in shop 8 days and was only updated once; had to call 3 times. The car was great, but driver's seat was very dirty; otherwise, I am very satisfied with the maintenance performance.
Amazing Customer Service! I really appreciate the thorough communication and the Uber rides to my house while the car is being serviced and then back to the dealer once the car is ready for pick up.
Jonathan is a wonderful and VERY helpful person. Very happy we were able to work with him during our time at the dealership. We would prefer to use him again whenever we trade in our car in when it hits near 60k miles.
