I’ve been complaining about my car cutting off in the middle of me driving. No one seems to be able to do anything. I’m told since the car isn’t giving off a code, then there’s nothing they can do. This is not the first time I’ve brought my car in for this issue. It’s very saddening to me as I have a toddler whom I drive everywhere. So now I’m always worried my car will just cut off and we will end up in a serious accident. I bought my car new and have been having issues since. I’m very dissatisfied with Volkswagon.

I’m OCD when it comes to my vehicle. My car is brand new; so its condition reflects that. The idea of having the sunroof shade replaced had me worried because the sunroof and or headliner would be removed. I wouldn’t be surprised for a job that large if a scratch on the exterior or interior had occur. However, the service was completed and the vehicle was returned without any imperfections. The mechanic was able to fix my warranty issues and return my vehicle in perfect condition. I appreciate it!

I was called by your facility to perform a recall issue that was pending. I was told there was a new recall for an AC pressure switch. Prior to this service I had NO issues with my AC and it worked very well as I usually kept it at 75 degrees as any lower and it was too cold. I was informed after the work that they didn’t do the AC pressure switch as they had to order a part. Later that day as it got hot I found the AC was blowing warm and no longer cooled. I checked all the settings and nothing changed. It seems they drained the coolant to perform a check and never refilled it as they didn’t have the replacement part for recall. I called to report this and Rolando never got back to me. I drive for Uber and this will cause my car to be unpleasant for my passengers during warm days. I need the coolant refilled regardless of the parts availablility unless it is a severe safety issue and this needs to be explained to me.

After replacing the OBD connector, the p2177 code didn’t reappear. On the text msg communication I left a msg for the mechanic to check for vacuum leaks, the o2 sensor and the maf sensor. When I paid the repair bill there was no communication that they were check. I expect the check engine light to come back on again. When it does I feel I should receive a discount on $250 diagnosis . I left that msg with the lady she said she would get with Mike on Saturday when they worked together. I have not heard back as of yet.
