No, I am not satisfied with the service that I received. Brian was not helpful in resolving my problems. I will NOT buy VW cars in the future.
Would like explanation though why tire rotation which was included last year in my maintenance plan is now not inluded. I will review my maintenance plan that I purchased with the car after the holidays. If oil changes are all that is included now I will forgo any future maintenance plan and if needed use the mfg. Warranty. Pls do not consider this a complaint against Carlos as the entire staff even the arrive crew were ckurteous
Had to bring my vehicle in 3 times for this service. 2nd day i was called to get my car. When I arrived, it wasn’t ready for me. I had to wait for it. Each time the service rep made some excuse as to why the car was not washed even though that is part of the service. 3 different days there snd each time never washed. The service was to fix a rattling in the cabin when driving. The rattling is less now, but still an issue. I will bring the vehicle back to get this corrected after the holidays. Don’t want to deal with it any further at the moment. I don’t understand why nobody ever rode in the vehicle with me to insure all rattling was removed.
2 hours to change the oil?? 2 hours. 2. Two hours. What?? Did they have to make the oil too??? Two hours.

An oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours for some reason. And I had an appointment... you guys also don’t fix flat tires, you just sell new ones which is ridiculous. My tires are new and one of them just has a nail in it. An easy fix, and you had the tires off the car already for the rotation. So I’m very unhappy with that.
When I called in to schedule the rep insinuated that they would be able to provide a loaner car but, when I arrived they quickly said it is on my dime. My previous dealer VW Ocala always provided me with a car especially when it was a major repair. I won’t use you dealership again. I will seek another dealer that treats their customers better and has loaner cars available. This repair cost me an extra $262 dollar and I had to wait an additional 45 minutes because all the work wasn’t completed. I specifically went over the work detail and the rep confirmed all work is done but, when I got there I went over the detail work and it wasn’t. Oh and I did learn that your dealership does have loaner cars too. I won’t be back!
