After the service, my car was parked in the parking lot with a complicated situation to deal with. There are other cars parked in the middle of the road, in the blind spot of my back out path (pictures available to show the complicated situation). I was not warned about the situation, let alone provided the service to leave my vehicle in the ready-to-exit position. Instead, I was asked to go into the deals parking lot to drive off myself. Unfortunately, that ended with me hitting a car parked in the middle of the road in the deal's parking lot. This all can be avoided if service personnel could pay more attention to the detail and work with precaution to bring customer with better experience, or even avoid potential legal challenge in certain circumstances. I hope service management can understand this unnecessary accident can be totally avoided if strict safety routines and procedures are followed. After spending more than a thousand dollar on the service, not I am looking at spending about another a thousands for the damage of my car and other customer's vehicle. I think management should do something to show you realized this was not done right in the first place and you are willing to take customer experience seriously. Thank you.

The vehicle had a bad front right turn signal bulb and bad rear left brake light bulb. I new this before before we brought it in but wanted to see how thorough you would be. These are items on the multipoint checklist and it said all lights were good. I replaced the bulbs myself as it is not hard but was hoping for a reliable mechanic for my daughter and I would have had you replace them. My wife and daughter even said she would be taking it out of state when they dropped it off and wanted a thorough check.

I asked for residue from a sticker to be removed prior to the car being returned, Carlos assured me that he would take care of it and it wasn't taken care of, goo is still there. I called and left a message and texted, no one returned my call.

Big turnaround in service level versus the last time I was in. Brian did a great job of keeping me in the loop and my vehicle was serviced ahead of time.
They are horrible about giving you information or updates. I had my car towed in and they never called me to say they received my car. I waited 2 days and still didn’t hear anything. I called them and I spoke to someone in the service department and he said that he didn’t know where my car was. I called the tow company and they said that they did drop my car off and it was on the lot. They had my car for a week and a half and nobody ever called me to update me on the process so I had to constantly call them for updates. Turns out they had to wring phone number the whole time which is ridiculous. 3 out of 10 service
Only one issue: when I checked out, I was told that my car was washed but it has not been. Looked exactly as it did when I got there. Other than that I was satisfied with my visit.
Carlos went above and beyond, and I'm very grateful for his constant communication. He listened to all my concerns with my truck and addressed any and all issues I had. Thank you so much for being so helpful and just beyond amazing!!
Was told I was waiting on car to be washed waited for over an hour got my car back at it wasn’t washed, wasted my valuable time.
