From a technical point I’m satisfied with the service, Michael Moore is a personable, competent professional.
A couple of observations:
One of the service reps was hacking and coughing everywhere. With Delta surging it was not a healthy environment. The only people with masks were customers. I elected to sit outside.
Suggest offering a car wash for a fee rather than “free” wash which on my black Beetle was hit and miss. Nothing wiped down, wet spots on surface, all glass surfaces and door jams. I’d gladly pay for a professional job. Doesn’t have to be a full detail.
Seth was such a wonderful person. Super friendly and communicative. Wonderful experience at the Brandon Volkswagen. Five stars service!

Perform inspection of vehicle BEFORE trying to upsell! Credibility is lost when items are recommended that aren't needed. Also, on that note, stop trying to upsell without providing itemized pricing!! It should mot require 2.5 hrs for a simple oil change with a scheduled appt!
Seth was very knowledgeable. However, he does need to work on his “active listening” skills. That means he needs to stop talking when the customer starts talking and/or doesn’t interrupt the customer when they are already talking. It was very frustrating to try and get my concerns or questions across. I left the drop off of the vehicle for service very frustrated and practically in tears.

Mr. Melendez has always provided superb customer service with a smile. Very professional while still providing a sense of family and care for the customer. Although there is no direct contact with personnel working on the car, I appreciate the promptness of getting work done.
Carlos was great. Very friendly and courteous. Helpful in my car’s problem.

Very rude service. Condescending attitude. Not pleasant. Very disrespectful. I’m thoroughly disappointed and will be going to VW Tampa if possible for any future services to avoid the “service” team here again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would appreciate not being asked how much do I think the tax will be on my total for the service performed. I have always received great customer service Carlos is usually the advisor and he definitely knows how to speak to customers!
