What caps on the right side of vehicle was not replaced on tire rotation and the security line that was not return to its place in the back of the car.

Vehicle brought in because it was dead. Turned out to be a dead battery, after several phone calls got it back at 3:00 on Monday. Was towed in Friday night.
Received ONE phone call from VW and that was from the original “why is your car here”. Haven’t had many good experiences with VW Brandon at all, but it’s the closest dealership and where I bought my car. Probably won’t ever recommend to anyone or buy another car, but who knows!
