great service but quite costly
Had a 2:30 appointment, got there at 2pm and checked in. Went to waiting room and at 3:20 my car was still sitting where I left it. Not until I asked what was going on my car got checked in because I got a text. During this time I see people that got there after me done and gone before me. Very unacceptable and I don’t think I will be using or recommend this location again.

First of we came in to fix the microphone of our Tiguan. The guy said it would be a 2hr 30min process to fix it. We told him that was fine we could wait it out no problem. They never came to give is update on how everything was going if it way take a bit longer. I had my kids with me one 4yr and 5month baby. Again we didn’t mind the 2hr 30min but after that time has past nobody came to give us an update on why it would take longer for them to fix it. After waiting 4hr 15min they didn’t fix anything because they didn’t even have the piece they need in hand. So horrible experience.
