Dropped my car off with the service manager Antone, who was very nice and helpful and I was in and out very quickly… However when I was picking the car up I got Seth again who told me he gets paid by me giving him all tens and yeses on the survey and that if I wasn’t going to do tens and yeses to just not even bother filling out the survey which I thought was pretty ridiculous for him to say to a customer… But as I stated before to the service manager, that’s nothing new from this guy.
Carlos gave us excellent customer service. He was very accommodating to our needs of a loaner car. I had scheduled service with another dealership and got the runaround so I decided to take my car to Brandon VW. We plan to purchase another VW in the future and will visit your dealership. I was listening to the other men talking with the customers in the service dept. They were genuine in taking care of their customers and that impressed me.

Our warning symbol that our cruise control system is in jeopardy is staying on that was never an issue before our check up and oil change. Now we have to make another trip up to our Brandon Dealership to have reset which could take up to a couple hours of our valuable weekend time. Please try to exceed our expectations as we do in our business environment.
