Rolando is to be commended for his customer service acumen. His attention to detail, his sincerity, and his communication skills are definitely on point. As a customer who was skeptical regarding the level of service I would receive, he exceeded my expectations. I definitely will request him as my service advisor for my next visit. My experience certainly could have been better. We dropped the car off on 9:30am Monday for our 10:30am appointment and didn’t get it back until Wednesday at noon. We only needed a new battery. When we didn’t hear anything on Tuesday, my husband reached out and The Tech called me back and said “We have your car?” You aren’t on my list. I was beyond frustrated. Like everyone, that car is how I pick up my kids from school and get to work. It was a huge inconvenience for something as simple as a new battery. We also approved a new tire per the techs recommendation. As I was driving home from the dealership, the tire light came on! I won’t be bringing it back.

I found Seith to be very condinsending. He needs to learn to listen and shut his mouth. I have had two bad experiences with him now and will never return to Brandon VW as a result.

Your lack of customer service in attention to addressing the negligence of your botched oil change to my vehicle is unacceptable. I have made numerous calls to this dealership and management all of which have been ignored. You allowed oil to leak all over my garage and fail to correct this issue, or even take my phone calls. I intend to utilize every resource available to me to get this resolved because this is your negligence and you should be accountable.
