Carlos was punctual and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. He did it with a smile. He even ran to meet my car because he knew I was on my lunch break and allowed me to pay through the online feature so I could be in and out. Carlos is awesome!

We were happy with the service today but sad to learn that the service agreement that we were give when we bought the Tiguan can only be honored at lockey Volkswagen Clearwater which is 45 minutes away I am very disappointed we have to travel so far from our home when we have a dealership 10 minutes away. I wasn’t told that when I bought the vehicle
