There were a couple of things I was disappointed with, first $94 for wiper blades is absurd, I work for a Buick Cadillac dealer and we get $45 for a pair installed so I respectfully declined even though Rolando told me I need them ten different times. Also to pay $33 dollars for shop supplies is nuts too, I mean I understand there is a cost of doing business but essentially you did diagnostic and an oil change on the car and I had to $33 dollars in shop supplies , NOT happy about that one. Last I liked Rolando but I wasn’t clear if he knew what I wanted done because everything was done through text, I’m an old fashioned guy, I like to talk on the phone and even though Rolando and I spoke a few times I called him on two different occasions and he did not call back, and when I paid the bill ON LINE I wasn’t sure what I was paying for because it just had a dollar amount and no description of what was done. Rolando never called me to tell me what the final amount would be, I had a general idea but no clear amount , I don’t need a call I’m just giving feedback on how I felt, sincerely Rob Linge
He is very customer friendly and knows what a customer is looking forward. That sets him apart from everyone else. I am fortunate to know him and completely trust him on his service recommendations. Thank you Carlos for taking care of my Volkswagens.

Carlos stated they washed my car and they did not. Also there was a lady next to me who was working with another Volkswagen representative and I hear him advising her of more information and options than were offered/advised to me by Carlos.
Good service in a timely manner, and all my questions were answered- very satisfied.
