The Service Manager is really focused on customer service and satisfaction. However, I have had two VWs to have major issues even with VW doing service maintenance at the specified intervals. Simply have lost my trust in the VW organization as well as it’s vehicles. My next car will not be a VW.

The courtesy point inspection is a joke and only an up sale opportunity..$102. To replace two wiper blades... iam amazed that a axel shaft boot that was inspected less than 100 miles ago now has a grease leak ...the size of a screwdriver
