Brought my car up there 3 times for the same problem and they finally fixed it after the 3rd time! I drove 2 hours one way every time I had to bring it there to get fixed and it wasn’t fixed until the 3rd time.. it was very inconvenient and a lot of gas and miles added to my brand new car, the service department needs to work on listening to the customers concerns instead of acting like they know everything… if they would have listened to me the first time I brought it there the other 2 trips could have been avoided.

I gave my comments to the service manager this evening.@ I feel like I was shafted on the labor charges. Last year I had exactly the same services completed for a total of $153.17. This time it was 391.31 (with a coupon)! I’m Not even sure that I even got the requested tire rotation — it’s not on the paperwork. The clock time in the car was changed. I fixed that when I got home. The low pressure tire light came on while I was driving home so I reinflated the tires and reset it. Some customers would have no idea how to do this. The mechanic needs to be more careful. The car sat supposedly finished in the bay for well over a half hour. I had to track someone down to get it. I told them to skip the car wash since I figured that would tie me up for another half hour. Carlos tried his best but I really don’t know what the mechanic was doing. Most times when I looked in the garage bay door the car was just sitting there with him nowhere to be seen. It was not a good experience. That’s sad because all of my other visits fir service were always good. It’s gone downhill!

The advisor was really knowledgeable and assistant me with all my questions and help me get the discount I needed to lower my bill. I love working with your dealership. I was extremely impressed with Lauren and her professionalism. I was somewhat sad as this was my first time ever in the dealership and while I understand construction started that morning there should have been someone advising guest where they could find the bathrooms, water, coffee, etc. I spent from 7:30 until 1:00 at the dealership and asked if there was any place close to eat at because I was needing to eat for medical reasons and NO ONE offered even a glass of water. No one offered vending machines. I asked if someone could shuttle me to a restaurant and I was told there was no shuttle. I was advised to call Uber eats. Upon leaving I discovered a vending machine about ten minutes prior. Would have been nice to know it was there. It was just not a good experience.
