Seems like they washed my car but it might have been a car wash. Although I appreciate the wash I only hand wash it. I have a back bumper protector and it seems to be coming off just like a bumper magnet sticker that ripped off.
It took one week to do a three hour job. Poor communication cause me to purchase a brand new battery from a outside source to make sure the car function. Upon getting the car home it won’t start. I paid for parts that I cannot say are new parts. Prior to receiving my car you put a contract in my face stating you are not guaranteeing your work. I will never have my vehicle service at your shop. The prices you charge are higher than Reeves and Kuhn dealership.

Car issue was not fixed. Customer complaint was not listened, therefore repair was not performed.

They broke the trim on the dash and scratched the cluster wend replace the radio and they forgot to telling the problem with the trim and they said the cluster is scratched and they can’t do nothing about the damage I can’t believe I am very disappointed with the service
Carlos Melendez is the reason I keep returning to Brandon for service and travel over 40 miles in lieu of 5 miles to the nearest vw dealer.
I’m not interested in selling yet, interested knowing the current value.

WAY more expensive then planned. I wish there was more of a projected cost structure you let people know after they buy the vehicle. Getting hit with a $2,000 bill on the fly is not normal to me.
