process I can’t just give you your keys i don’t even know where they are” it was inconvenient and a little frustrating, i’ve never had any problem with VW brandon service maybe it’s just red tape or policy but that would be my only gripe everything else was great Kaila was incredibly kind to my mom who had to come do my bidding because i was at work, and THAT made all the difference
I do not like feeling bullied into expensive service that I do not or cannot afford when visiting for an oil change. Simply something to think about when people are struggling with budgeting at this time.
Please stop with pressure to buy my car. Beyond frustrating
Service guy said that they were gonna have my car washed, but when I got it it wasn't washed and I had to remove all the covers from the inside and throw then away.
