Jaycob was very professional and helpful with our check in and did an excellent job with keeping me updated on the progress of my services. The only disappointment was the amount that was paid. I felt like the service coupons are not helpful in seeing a difference in the total. The price I paid for todays services (which were more inspections than actual services) could have been spent towards one of the recommended services that contributed to my EPC light being triggered. Don’t feel like I spent my money wisely today. But definitely will pay more attention to what I’m getting versus what is actually important to me at the time of servicing.

Had an appointment at 10:30. Didn’t get checked in until 11. Came in for an oil change and inspection and didn’t get a call until about 3pm then they suggested I needed tires. And that it would be done at 5pm. Car wasn’t done until 6. Absolutely ridiculous wait time. I will never go back here again nor suggest anyone come!!! Hire more staff or something because that’s insane

It’s was a great experience today better than the times before when I would come in. I was listened to and what was actually needing to be done got done on the car today. Super happy that I wasn’t told I need to do something else or that something needed to be done with the car.
