Rolando M. Gave excellent service in the service department . But as a dealership overall it is horrible the customer service that comes from the higher ups in the company is very ****. The majority of them need to take a customer service class. Glen McGuire as a GM you need to be fired because when there is a customer is you want even take time out to talk to a customer that has a problem. You say that you are so busy that you don’t have time. Wow horrible!!!

My last experience with your service department was, in my opinion, a disaster. Your dealership kept my car overnight without notification, my calls to speak to management were ignored and disregarded. I swore I would never bring my car to you again.
I’m glad I did, however. Rolando was Exceptional. Car was ready when expected, washed and reasonably priced.

Right away before my car was looked over I had a price quote provided. It was almost $1000. I came in for an oil change. Plus after the evaluation video was sent it was other costly things that needed to be done that were not thoroughly explained. Especially after I declined there was no further info provided when asked. I had to go to a tire shop for a second opinion for the tire issue. II will most likely not return even though this location is the most convenient for me. I don’t like the way service is handled. Plus all the additional needed issues are not as costly anywhere else. The tire quoted was half elsewhere even installed. Your prices are over inflated. I’m sure you may get some that fall for that process but anyone with common sense can see right through how your service department operates.
Service technician was great. Advisor needs to be trained how to speak to customers.

My battery was replaced and I picked the car up late Monday. Tuesday morning my gas cap light went on and today (Wednesday) my engine light is on again. I’ve left messages with no return call.
If a service for a vehicle is pushed back a day a rental car should be offered.
