Dean provided excellent service and experience to me as a Customer. From my past experiences with your service department, I had to deal with challenges ranging from long wait time, poor communication with the service rep, to not receiving the complimentary car wash service for customers to name a few. However, Dean took the time to provide me with the best service: made sure that the needed part came in, took care of the paperwork in a timely manner, sent a couple of text messages to keep me updated on my vehicle, ran a vehicle report, and when done, even offered and provided the complimentary car wash. I am all about customer service and I know a great one since I run a business of my own. Dean was able to meet my expectations and I hope that the same will be true for the rest of the service team because excellent work ethics and people service make a lot of difference!
