Appointment was at 9:30 am, I arrived at 9/15 am. At that time I tell Robert that I plan to wait shouldn’t be long. Waiting… waiting, so I ask Robert for update at 11:30, still are not working on my car. Well 12:10 pm your service guy took a floor dolly with my tires and the new tires over to Audi Livermore to begin to remove and install my tires. When you make my appointment at 9:30 I would expect my car to begin, the service it’s scheduled for not 3 hrs later. Also purchased the gold package and Robert tell me he will need to look into this because Livermore doesn’t have a person or the equipment on-site to do the exterior and interior protection. I purchased my car 9/19 and your business still has not called me to schedule. Please call me ****-****-xxxx Albert

Everything I was worried about was either fixed, explained to me or scheduled to he fixed. Nothing I can ask for more than that. I basically drove 2 and a half hours both ways to get taken care of and it was worth it.
