Chia was amazing. After dealing with 4 other Subaru dealerships and getting the run around I was just about to give up on Subaru all together. But she was beyond amazing. She didn’t give me the run around or mislead me which I really appreciate. Thank you.

Robert was very good and had great people skills. He also personally helped get the hands-free working with my wife’s phone. He got the car checked in and let me know it was done, so my wife and I went shopping and had lunch. We were very happy.

I have contacted service 4 times over the past year to get the results of the ECU programming recall check added to the system for my Ascent. The results, which are "not needed", verified on 15 Aug 2020, invoice #331144, have yet to be added.

Dean did a great job getting me in and out. I needed to go on a trip and needed an oil change. He noted that I still had 2 Maintenance slots left, so use one for this and still have one more for the end of the year. Great service and great advice. Thanks, Dennis C

Kitryna was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. I don't have transportation so I have to stay in the store while my car is being serviced. My first appointment would have had me wait for 4-5 hours. She helped me to reschedule it such that I only had to wait an hour. People like her make it an easy decision to bring my car back to Livermore Subaru next time, even though I live 25 miles away, and there are other options closer to my home.
