My passenger airbag light is now on and my phone would not connect with the Subaru after the servicing
Robert was wonderful and very helpful.
Not really Kitryna issue but car was supposed to be ready by 2:30. By 3:09 I had heard nothing. Tried to call service but no one ever answered. My ride was getting anxious so I finally had to call the sales department who had to contact service. Sales got back to me that car was ready and by then it was four. Total disconnect between service and client. Hope this isn’t a trend. First time there so I was a little unhappy with this.
From the moment I arrived to the moment I picked up my car, the service was outstanding! I explained what was happening to my car and I could see the technician took the time to listen to the noise I heard. When I drove away, I was so happy that the noise disappeared and it has not returned. What a relief! Robert was so attentive and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room and kept me abreast of what was happening to my car. He has excellent customer service skills!! I am very happy with Livermore Subaru!!
Work was finished on time and Kitryna was a pro.
Dean is a excellent service manager…He called me back to answer all of my questions and concerns. I totally understood what was going to accrue with my service. I’ve never received such excellent service on the backend……Service is always good on the front end but in the back end it’s terrible but not with dean and also in the middle of a pandemic…. Five star service ????????????????????????????????

Dean was lovely to deal with. Very professional, organized, kind, and he kept me informed. When he came to tell me what things needed to be fixed, he wasn’t pushy. He knew best get fixed by timeframes, and let me decide when to get it fixed. He also was ready with ballpark timeframes and prices on all fixed. I enjoyed my first visit and will definitely be returning. Thanks so much Dean!

We are regulars at Modesto Subaru. But after the service that Livermore provided we will switch to Livermore Subaru. Modesto Subaru did not give us the care or attention that you guys did.
