Subaru team Dean was a complete professional and I am very happy with the service that was provided by him. In regards to the other personnel at the location customer service was lacking and they were rude. I would return to have my vehicle serviced here if Dean was the employee helping me otherwise I would go out of my way to have my vehicle serviced at a different location.

If you are not able to honor an appointment, you should at least call them ahead of time. Having someone drive out there and then telling them you can't honor the appointment is extremely rude.

Kitryna has helped me with service twice. She is very diligent, and her attention to customer service is above what I normally observe. She takes calls quickly, and promptly calls with updates.
