I was called in for fuel pump recall. Scheduled and brought the Subaru Outback in but nothing was done. I tried to call to confirm if the part is available, so I can bring car in tomorrow; left message with phone number but no call back.

The airbag service was fine. The vehicle inspection was bogus. For example, yiu suggested a cabin air filter replacement for $80. I replaced myself three days before bringing the car in! That is not how you gain my confidence. Also, suggesting I pay over $1,000 for lower arm bushings is outrageous. I looked at them after coming home...only one is slightly worn.
