Heather was exceptional! She came out and helped me find my cellphone that had slipped deep under the driver’s seat, a hard place for me to hunt! That was exceptional service. We had a good laugh and hug and are now friends forever.

Dean was friendly and professional. The service was much quicker than I anticipated and the location was very clean.
Heather explained everything to me and it was very helpful. Unfortunately we had to have the shifter replaced on our vehicle because it was binding. It was just out of warranty! Because of Subaru's reputation when we purchased the vehicle we didn't find the need to have an extended warranty, guess we were wrong. Needless to say we are out $900 for a shifter that went bad, and in our opinion never was right.
Dean was great. However, we dropped our car off with you and you had it fir over a month. Originally we were assigned Matt as our service provider but after numerous calls checking my car I was told he no longer worked there. Dean was great but was left in the dark foe about 3 and a half weeks
