They don’t know what the problem is and their solution was to drive it around until it happens. Problem is it only happens every two or three months so there is no way they can drive it until it happens. So I picked up the car and it is not fixed. The problem has been ongoing since the week I bought the car and they still haven’t been able to fix it

I am very happy that Hamed stepped in and resolved the repair errors situation with my car once he was made aware of it. He made no excuses and just made sure that things got fixed and that I was satisfied with the resolution. That's exactly what a great service manager is supposed to do to make a customer happy.
