There was a lack of communication between the employees. Car was ready for pick up for 40 minutes yet no one communicated that to me or was able to check me out. Managers just sat around while the one service rep left on the floor tried her hardest to help everyone.
Everybody did their best to make sure to give me a good deal. thank you...this is my first time owning a Japanese car.

It was very busy Saturday. They department had a few call outs.Dean was very calm, pleasant and treated everyone like they were the only customer. I was very impressed on how the two guys did such a good job. Not sure of the coworkers name. I waited while my car was being serviced so I saw how they treated every customer. It was great.

I have taken my car to Livermore Subaru twice and my issues have yet to be resolved. What’s even more disappointing is that both times my car was left for over a day and the situation has not been remedied. I honestly expected better as I received exceptional service at Fremon Subaru.

Yes, he had great customer service. I was very impressed with his vehicle engineering experience/ knowledge, very reassuring. He also gave swift response to an issue I had with my car care service (which I sent via email).
