Livermore Subaru was disinterested in helping us with all of the issues we were experiencing from the moment we walked into the lobby. Heather was more interested in hearing herself talk than she was with listening and documenting all of our problems, Hamed was horribly dismissive and the dealership kept my car for over a month and only completed a software update. They also listed my name AND address incorrectly on our official paperwork after being corrected three times. Also, my husband drives by the dealership every single day on his commute from work. In fact, that stretch of freeway is basically a parking lot during the time he passes so he was able to get a good look at OUR Forester sitting in the same spot for over two weeks of the 30+ days they had possession of our car even though they claimed to have kept it to drive and properly diagnose the issues.
Dean was friendly and knowledgeable! Made for a great experience and I would ask for him again.
Not related to Dean — my car wasn’t cleaned/washed when I picked it up —I was kinda looking forward to that —it hasn’t been washed the last two times I’ve brought it in —and I think I’ve only had my car serviced twice —lol

You need to give better time estimates. I always get told excuses. If you make an appointment for me, I don’t care if there is only one lube tech etc.

Heather was honest and communicative. Our car was done when she said it would be and she made the whole experience better than it was. I’d suggest not scheduling so many appointments in such an extremely small facility...especially given the tight parking and COVID paranoia.

Decent customer service. Alex was great. My experience with this dealership is that the desire to make profit is higher than what the customer needs or is best. Culture of profit making over service rendered in the real interest of the customer. Which means I might be better served by a local shop who will put customer over quick profits, that will not gouge me on the labor and parts.
