Alex (service person) did a great job of arranging for all the work that I needed. I have been very happy the two times I have worked with him.
However, I was upset when I was paying for the work. Another service manager and another employee (both women) were about 6 feet away from me with their masks pulled down (covering neither nose nor mouth), talking with each other. They did pull up their masks when I expressed my discomfort. I should not have had to do that. I am 72 with a cancer history.
keep her- give her a raise - someone whos that car smart and has great customer service is only going to increase business and customerbsatisfaction. and make sure the technicians and porters get some praise as well please - their efforts are just as important to the experience and aid in the advisor being able to deliver a winning experience!

I absolutely love Heather. I've dealt with a few others over the years at your dealership and she is by far the best. As for the dealership itself it's been uncooperative since I bought the car and it's problems with oil leaks from day one! While it was under warranty repairs were made but the root problem was never addressed or acknowledged. I'll reserve judgment for now.
