Appointment was at 9:45 (Oil change and airbag recall). Received a call around 2pm asking for more time and if it was possible to leave the car overnight. I refused and got the car back around 5:30 pm. Just thought it took too much time.

Side Note - Whatever system you used prior for scheduling service worked much better than the current system. It’s a complete mess, as it doesn’t remember vehicle information after entering an email or phone number. Also, what’s with the service reminders calling from a Florida area code?
Alex is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly associate. Upon arrival I was pretty upset that I had to sit in a line of cars for over an hour when I had scheduled an appointment days before. Alex was incredibly understanding about why I was displeased and took action to ensure my satisfaction. The only thing that didn’t work out during this visit was Alex had scheduled for my car to be detailed before I picked it up and whoever was supposed to do so must have forgot. I do not think this was Alex’s fault though, you guys were super busy so whoever was supposed to do it probably got caught up with some other business. It is what it is I guess.
Heather has been nothing short of brilliant but the work carried out on the vehicle was less than perfect. It should not have taken 3 repeat trips to sort out a squeaky seat that has a service bulletin out for, and the tires were incorrectly inflated after rotation. The work sheet showed all 4 inflated to 34 osi but the manufacturer guidance is 35 front and 33 rear.
Heather was very friendly and courteous while maintaining her 6 feet distance. She made sure I had a safe place to wait for my car and advised me of my wait time for my next visit.
