The A/C failed after the car was serviced for 60,000 miles. How could it happen? I am not a mechanic to nail this down. The A/C functioned perfectly well before the service. Will try to solve this puzzle when I have time to follow up with The manufacturer.

First and foremost, the price of a tune up to be $512.00 is highway robbery! Secondly, I was supposed to get a car wash as I had a coupon. When I picked up my car, clearly it had not been washed. We will NEVER be bringing our car here again. The parking lot is a disaster. People were walking into the service area without filling out their COVID question and answer sheet. It just appeared very disorganized.

Alex is fantastic. He saved me a ton money on a warranty issue related to some work performed by another Subaru dealership. His extensive knowledge of vehicles is apparent and adds a lot value to the service experience as I am confident I am spending money in the right place and on the right things. He helps differentiate the Livermore service department from potential competing service departments.
