Service was completed within the time it was promised. Fastest service I’ve had so far at this service center.
Though my service manager Alex was wonderful, it took 3 1/2 days to do a job that should have been done in half that time. My understanding is that the lack of service personnel is the reason. I'm not sure what's happening at the Auto Mall there but it really has gone down in the last year.

Lack of communication between staff and customer.
Alex was great! Unfortunately I over reacted a bit when I arrived to pick up my car. Because of the masks, and my perceived belief that the fix would be difficult, I thought Alex was saying there was nothing to be done. When in fact he was saying something to the affect that the fix was done. To Alex's credit, he was very professional and calmly repeated that all was good.
