It was painfully difficult to get an appointment and be listened to regarding my concerns. Day of service was fine (except for uber situation), but getting to that point was two weeks of aggravation, wasted time, and phantom appointments. Operations was horrible

He was very gracious during a busy time! I think he was setup by the dearth of service representatives! I wish communication was better at the time I left my car! I was expecting that my car would be ready 2 1/2 hours after it was checked in (around 1:00; it was not ready until 2:30. I was waiting from about 1:25 in the waiting room and was given no updates or explanations as to why there was such a delay until around 2 pm! I was frustrated by the lack of communication but didn’t want to question David as he seemed to be dealing with a lot of very irate customers and didn’t have the heart!

Service was great. Greeter David was kind and attentive. Brief video is a nice touch. I had appointment at 10:00. I drove in service area at 9:45. I waited in car and moved up accordingly as other cars were moved ahead. I asked and was informed to remain in car after signing covid form for a rep. I was sitting now at the front being next one served. Another smaller Subaru pulled up in front of me, parked, and occupants went inside and were promptly waited on. This leaves me a little bit concerned and would be upset if they were getting the same service as I, which this time was a basic service of vehicle, nothing additional and got sooner than I did. I was finally seen shortly before 10:25 and was told it may be up to 3-hrs. The car wouldn’t even need to be washed as I did this on the way in. Have been disappointed not ever getting car washed even though I requested especially last service because I was on my way to Oregon. Have had my car almost two years, serviced regularly only by Livermore Subaru (an hour drive on a good day) and never had my car washed. Even had a coupon once but to no avail. Hopefully with new facility things will run a little more smoother. Thankfully I only had to wait just short of 2.5 hours.

Dave Jacobs was helpful by asking me if I would like to have my car washed after the service appointment. When he called me to inform me that the car was done he asked me to wait a half hour to pick up the car do they could wash it, but when I went to get into my car it was still dirty. I let Mr. Jacobs know that I would wash it myself. I meant to call and complain on Monday, however, I was to busy working to remember. In the future, I will ask for another service writer to take care of my car or use another dealer.

I appreciated the loaner car but was told my ???? would be washed when I came to pick it up but it wasn't. I know that is silly to report it but it happened the last time I took my car in for repair.

Had 1:00 appointment. Did not get checked in until 1:30. I waited until after 5 before maintenance was done. Was told 2 to 2:30 max to wait so I did. Very disappointed. I’m sure the maintenance guy was fine. I can’t say one way or the other but way tooo long to get vehicle completed.
