Dean was up front with the time I had to wait and offered an Uber. I waited for my service to be completed and Dean did let me know when my vehicle was ready.

There was only one person working taking people into service. He was very friendly but should have been more focused on getting through the line of people waiting to drop their cars off. It’s absolutely possible to give great service while pushing to get people served. He was helpful and professional, but seemed a bit unorganized. He told me he would call at 3pm and to just head back if I hadn’t heard from him. When I came in at 3:30 having not gotten a call, he seemed surprised to see me and checked the time.
Also, There should be instructions on what to do when showing up to drop off a car for service. No one greeted me so I wasn’t sure where to go, if I should wait in my car, or if anyone would anyone know I was even there.
Overall my experience was alright, but not up to the level of service I have received previously.
Yes!! Alex is amazing, very thoughtful, helpful , really went the extra mile. Even helped us with our Range Rover when it went completely flat! Showed concern and followed up . Set up a claim insurance for me. He is just amazing

Hoping that the repairs solve the problem I had complaints before but I was not satisfied of explanation and results. So, I will wait until the next hot day if It will works with leak
