Full vehicle inspection that discovered bad battery. The battery had nothing to do with the original repair but fixing it was greatly appreciated.

Alex was great and very accommodating. I asked to have the plastic mold around the wheel well fixed as it had come loose. It was not fixed. I should have checked it before I left. I realized it when it started flapping when I was nearly at my sons house in Berkeley. Now I have to make another appointment to come back to Livermore. I live in Manteca.
My car was in the shop for 4 weeks
I was told they didn’t jknow to fix it.. when I got it back I immediately traded it in I don’t want a car that they finally fix it ?? No sure if it was completely fixed or just patched the problem. Then today I get a text to come pick it up REALLY...so did it go back to the mechanics again??? I’ve had my new car for 2 weeks now!

I was very happy that I came in, the appointment only took a little over 4 hours. The wait was pleasant, reading my book in the comfortable guest area, with free coffee/tea, the 10% discount was a huge help, and the staff were all professional and good-natured.
Everything went smoothly. Alex went out of his way to ensure any and all requests were taken care of.
