The day I traded the car back he and all staff were very kind and helpful. The following couple of days I tried to call him back and was on hold then left messages and he has never responded. I wanted to know how quickly they would pay off my loan since I paid them money to take the vehicle and did not want to be late with my next payment. I still have never heard back from him.
