Vince did a great job for us. Identifying a problem and fixing it on a routine check.
Just remember to follow up with the people who check in after you say you need a minute so they step away to not be in the way. It isn't pleasant waiting for an hour for a car that is supposed to be ready.
Alex is an excellent service adviser who helped me understand how wheels alignment done. He showed me how much misaligned my vehicle was and how it was corrected by his excellent team. I am really amazed with his approach and treated the customer. I am continue have my services by Livermore Subaru because of the care I have received. Thanks Alex.

I was not given the tire wear measurements that were part of the regular menu on the service if my car. I will need to call again and ask for them. Also, when I asked for more info about any ongoing deals, I was told to look them up on my phone, and then made to feel like I was a bother for requesting the paperwork to be redone.
David Jacobs was okay, but one of the younger service persons told me to wait in my car because the service advisors don't like customers hanging around and hovering over them inside.
I told the young man that this used to be a customer friendly dealership when Matt and Heather were my advisors. They treated me like a valued client and were friendly toward me.
I indicated to the young man that I might check out the Modesto dealership where they might be a bit more friendly and courteous to customers.

The first time we showed up for our appointment, they said we’d have to come back. We made a new appointment, they took the car and said it would take 1 1/2 hours. It took just shy of 3 hours. I was late to work by one hour and lost that pay.
Also, it was very difficult to reach the service department by phone.
Only complaint is amount of time it took

Overall I was very happy with the service appointment.
My criticism is with the phone access. First, the contact number on the service document ****-****-xxxx was calked numerous times with no connection. Second,
when I used the number provided for my assigned representative, the phone rang endlessly without being answered. One call was answered after 5-6 minutes of ringing. The operator started she would put the call thru only to have the line disconnected. Upon recall, the line rang for more than 8 minutes before answered and I was put on hold again for a short time.
Last, I called in response to a message and was told my representative was busy but would call back asap. This was in the early afternoon.I left my call back info, however never received a call back that day or the morning of the following one.
Very frustrating experience limited to this specific portion of my service appointment!

The only thing I am worried about is that I received a quote for 600 bucks for two issues on my car. I thought it was under a maintenance contract. Also the person that was helping said that my center console would be complimentary. A little disappointing but I haven't paid for anything yet, so I am not worried yet.
