I am over the moon with Deans customer service! He has completely changed my experience with the dealerships service center. I trust him , and feel like he goes above and beyond for me every time. I greatly appreciate him and feel like he has been a game changer for Livermore Subaru
There was a lack of communication. I had to reach out to them for updates. Also the team didn't talk to each other. One person called an uber for me. 5 minutes later someone else told me my car was done and they could set me up with a ride.
Although there was an issue that caused a delay, Kitryna provided great customer service.
When Uber didn’t find me a ride, it took me 10 minutes to get a service person on the phone to resubmit the request, and when they did, they couldn’t guarantee that Uber would find me a ride in a timely fashion. I needed to pick up my kid at daycare on time to avoid fees, and despite me mentioning this several times during the service process, I still ended up being late because no one was answering the phone. Also, the person I did finally speak with didnt apologize or try to find a different solution. She basically just said “we will see if someone picks you up”.
Otherwise, the car feels great, and Dean himself was great.

No satisfied at all!! Kitrina told me that the car should be done in an hour. Waited, after 2 hours she informed me that the technician didn’t realize that the part That need to be installed needed to be attached in the cars roof. Then she said it will take another 45 min to be installed. I asked her if she can loan me a car so I don’t have to wait there and they can take there time. She totally avoided the request and said I can get you an Uber and we need to wait for another 20 min for it to come. So I said ok. While waiting I went outside and saw at least 4 loaner car just sitting there! Uber driver came and drove us back to Tracy. Had lunch and called if my car is ready for pickup 2 hrs later. The operator said she’s not sure. So I said that Kitryna said it’s should be done in 45 min. So I just showed up at the dealership and Kitryna just got back from her Starbucks run!! Why didn’t she notified me that my car is ready to be pick up?! Bad thing is you don’t talk to other customers about the clients when there right there and the can hear you!!!she was chuckling with the couple clients while I was waiting for my turn. So Obvious when she keeps looking at me while chuckling!! So I told her I’m here to pick up my car and then she told me it will be washed. Now I have to wait another 45min? At this point I was already upset and turned around and told her never mind about the car wash coz you said before 45min and now it’s 6 hrs later!! I didn’t mind if she was just be frank with me and tell me I’ll call when it’s done, but NO I wasted my whole day waiting.
Long story short I came for a 1 hour appointment and turn into 5!! Usually I get good service here. I’m so disappointed and so unprofessional!!!

Took the time to give instructions regarding loaner car that is unfamiliar. He is kept busy do at times unable to answer calls other simple questions do the wait was long .?Historically. overall service has been pleasant and expedient . I drove from Mountain View Ca to use your service rather than the subaru service near my house
