When we purchased our outback from your dealership in 4/18, we purchased the Maintenance Agreement with the understanding that it may take me 8 years to put 42,000 miles on my car. The gentleman who sold us the agreement said you get 7 pre-paid services, no matter how long it takes. Today, Dean Pendley agreed with this interpretation, but the last service advisor was questioning this interpretation (8 months ago). Please confirm that I pre-paid for 7 services on my Outback. I've purchased 3 Outbacks through your dealership, and I was concerned when one of the advisors (8 months ago) said my Service Agreement may expire before I can fully utilize what I had pre-paid for. I most certainly knew, and informed the salesman at the time of purchase, that I couldn't possibly drive my car more than 6-8,000 miles a year. Please confirm that my service agreement will not expire before I can use it. Thanks. Bob

Katrina and Dean are very knowledgeable, they are very professional and provide an outstanding costumer service, I live across the street from walnut creek subaru but I prefer to drive heavy traffic to livermore subaru just because of the great service I get at livermore subaru every time my ascent needs a service.
