I made the appt weeks in advance and said I’d wait. I get there and am told there is a 3hr wait. I was provided an Uber. I was nfy’d car is done, now being washed and will call for an Uber. An Uber was not avail, fortunately I found a neighbor. Got there, got processed by a very nice gentleman. The woman that checked me in was not there. Car was outside waiting. Unwashed. I normally don’t care. But when you tell me it’s being washed and isn’t, means you really have no clue. To very good customer service.

The check-in to drop off my car this time was much faster than any other time before (i.e. reduced wait time from over one hour to 10 minutes). I hope to see this trend continue. I also hope to see it improve further by implementing a line so I don't have to ask if a service rep is available or not when I arrive for my service appointment.

When car was picked up, it was pointed out that a wheel alignment was needed. In the past, service department would have called with info & it would have been taken care of while car was already in for service. Now I have to come back, or go elsewhere.Disappointed, expected attention to details.

Dean is a delight to work with. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, good humored, friendly. Getting to Livermore from Castro Valley is not always convenient because of traffic, but I wouldn't go anywhere else, especially because Dean makes the whole process so easy.
