Nancy did a very poor job of keeping me updated and in keeping the mechanic informed of when parts would be available so as to properly schedule repairs.
Nancy always goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care off and that I’m happy with my Audi. She listens to me when I talk and talks to me I expect info. Take good care of her as she is your best service manager,
