I called before scheduling service for my car. I got a call the next day with the pricing. When i dropped the car off i was told that was not the price and the type of service needed was a minor/oil change. I was very upset. I had the name of the employee and the cost breakdown which now was not going to be honored. I was then told that the service manager Johnny would call me to go over this error and I never heard from him. This is happened to me on more than one occasion and I am extremely disappointed in Audi Livermore

The pricing was not transparent. I was quoted one price over the phone, and then a much higher price when I went to drop off the car. When I mentioned the lower price I was quoted, the service advisor said he would honor the lower price, but made me feel like he was doing me a favor.
This is pretty shady.
