Ismael came and met me at my car to check in. I really appreciate that. He told me I could make myself comfortable anywhere in the lobby while I waited. The service time was less than two hours including a car wash. I appreciate respecting my time.

Ismael was really helpful and knowledgeable. I was so scared after reading reviews online and I was in dilemma to go on Livermore location to service my car. Then, I though I should take a risk and go to Livermore location for car service. After working with Ismael, next time and every time I want to go to Livermore Audi location for any car service or car need. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks .

I learned that I had Audi Care after having to pay for my previous service. Nancy credited the amount toward this service from which there was still about $40 discrepancy owed toward me. When I asked her whether I would be receiving the difference, she asked “what more do you want?” Her nonchalant attitude came off rude. I didn’t understand why I had to be responsible for the mistake made by Audi staff who failed to check my Audi care status last time. At the end, $40 was not worth arguing so I walked away.
