We dropped off the car for a new tire and alignment at 9am. At 4:30 the car still wasn’t done - because the team “forgot” about it.
Ismael provided amazing customer service. I was impressed with how wonderful he treated me and my daughter. He made sure we had a loaner car, which I was very grateful for since my car ended up staying through the rest of the weekend.

Everything went well. My car was done on time and even got washed. Thank you. For feedback I was offended when I stepped 2 feet into the service area to look at a car that I admired. I was abruptly told to leave the area like I was a little kid. I only took 2 steps in and had not planned to be there more than a minute. I was not in anyone’s way and the car I was looking at was not being worked on at the time. I realize insurance issues require customers not to be in the area however I didn’t like being told to leave 5 seconds after I entered the area. You may say your employee was just doing her job but I was offended. So much so that I may consider taking my vehicle elsewhere next time. I wasn't hurting anyone and I was not a hazard to anyone. Again, I was 2 feet into the area.
I had a very pleasant experience working with Joshua. He was matter of fact and personable. His low key and calm manner was acceptable by me. In time, his experience will grow.
It bothers me when clerks talk loud to one customer so that everyone in the room can hear the personal conversation.

Ismael was great, but this was an odd experience. I came in for a check engine light, and I kept being told it was probably a loose gas cap. So I didn’t make an appt, then a week later it was still on so I made it. Then it sort of snowballed. I had a 9:30am appt on a Thursday, only to be told they couldn’t figure it out when I was called at 3:00, so it had to stay another night, then Friday I got called at 2:00, to find out it was a temperature sensor, (so to me it seems they didn’t look at it Thursday). Then Saturday I got called saying they fixed the temp sensor but found something else wrong, so Monday. Then Monday I got called that it wasn’t finished yet, so finally on Tuesday it was ready… but something else was broken, but the part wasn’t in and it would take a week. So a week later I called and a lady said the part wasn’t in yet, which is weird cause I never gave my name, my car, or anything. So I’m assuming my phone number… today is 2 weeks since, still no call about the part. So the issue I have with this service is transparency, either I’m being told one issue a day, or it wasn’t looked at day one and then the technician accidentally kept breaking a part while fixing another…. It’s just up to me to assume. Thanks
