Overall, I was satisfied with the actual service done on my car. It took about 1.5 hours and I was able to wait outside safely, and I really appreciate that everyone was wearing masks or face coverings. My main issue is with the precautions regarding COVID-19: I had been assured that all staff handling cars would be wearing gloves, but I didn’t see everyone wearing gloves and when my car was returned to me the plastic covering was no longer on the driver’s seat when it was driven over to the front of the building. It makes me wonder if it was still on my seat while the technician and driver were in my vehicle, which would reduce the risk of any bacteria, germs or stains getting onto my car seat surface.
Ismael was great! Made our experience smooth and convenient while making us feel like the only people there despite it being quite busy!
There were some weird mixups with the work on my car not actually being done when I first picked it up, but once I pointed it out they took care of it and delivered it to my house the next day. Although, they delivered it to my old address at first--luckily it's not far from my current address (where they picked it up for service).
Ismael is a great employee, you should never loose him, he is truly an asset for your dealership
