I received a trade-in appraisal request from Yohan. I was frankly not surprised at the Low Ball offer so typical of dealerships. I hoped Audi was better than that. I disagreed and was told if you can get more take it. Nice attitude. I went to Vroom and in minutes received an offer that was more than $3000 higher. Audi tried to claim that my A6 with only 15000 miles was in “fair” condition. This car has not a scratch on it. Has zero defects as proven by the service done that day. Audi just landed on my list of typical used car sales dealerships whose goal isn’t to deal fairly with customers, and build a long term repeat relationship, but rather make a quick buck on the back of a customer. I’ll never shop for a car at Audi Livermore after this insulting experience.

Regarding the future recommended repairs for my car, I was shocked to see the estimates. Unfortunately I will need to go to an independent mechanic to have OEM parts replaced on my car at this point in time. I will continue to have basic service conducted on my car from Audi Livermore.
